Traditional yoga class

Our hour long classes embrace the traditional Indian practice of ashtanga, hatha & vinyasa yoga.  Combining breathwork, movement & meditation each class will assist in creating inner balance, strength & an overall sense of health & wellbeing.  


Parents & Bubs Yoga - Wednesdays 10am
This class is designed for you to enjoy a gentle, self loving practice & a little bit of calm with bub soaking up all of the peaceful energy in a welcoming, safe space.  All babies needs are different, please don’t feel anything will be disruptive, it all adds to the special experience of the class. 


Beginners Yoga - Thursdays 10am
If you are starting out on your yoga journey, looking for a gentle practice or time to just slow down & reconnect with yourself this class is a lovely way to achieve it. Combining breathwork, gentle movement & meditation, this practice will assist with increasing flexibility, core strength & posture, creating harmony both in class & in daily life. 

 

Monthly meditation

Join us in our monthly rejuvenating, transformative meditation classes. Awaken your senses, relax your mind & body & connect with yourself on a deeper level.

Meditation helps us to quieten our busy minds & restore our bodies, placing us in a state of rest & repair. Slowing down our heart rates & the momentum of our thoughts, nurturing our entire being, re-aligning us back to source, connecting us back to ourselves.
